CNC Router & Laser Cutting

Sunquest has in-house a CNC (computer numerical control) Router and a Laser for the production of Architectural signs, cutout letters and logos. We can cut a wide range of materials including:

Aluminium	Celluka
Wood	DiBond
Plastics	Foamex
MDF	HD Polyurethane
Acrylic	Polycarbonate

Our CNC Router can cut to a depth of 100mm and sheets up to 2400x1200mm.
CNC Routed acrylic letters can have their edges flame polished to give a sparkling finish.
