Sunquest Industries has an Océ flat bed large format UV digital printer producing exceptional quality prints with Océ VariaDot™ imaging technology with near-photo image quality, UV curable inks and true vacuum flatbed. This new technology allows us to print direct to a huge range of substrates. We print directly onto plastics, acrylics, aluminium, aluminium composites, ColorBond, Celluka and virtually any other media imaginable.

The finished image is remarkably durable; no further finishing is needed in most circumstances. Our flat-bed printer is also fitted with a no-compromise roll-to-roll option for the efficient production of brilliant banners and skins.

We also have an eco-solvent high definition Roland digital printer, for the production of digitally printed vinyl signs for vehicle wraps, display prints and conformable signage.You can rely on Sunquest to choose the print technology that best suits your signwriting application, whether it’s a wall display print or a billboard skin

Billboard Skins

Fast and cheaper than an old fashioned signwrite can produce, skins can have almost anything digitally printed on them, they can even be reflective. Skins are much the same as banners, they are edged with Kedar (see close-up photo) instead of ropes. The edging is inserted into an aluminium sail track fixed to your sign-wall and pulled taut. Skins usually digitally printed and can be made to conform to simple building shapes such as curves.
