General Plastic Fabrication

Sunquest Industries can custom fabricate various plastics into a myriad of shapes, for brochure holders, retail display units, point of sale units, exhibition displays, real estate window displays, boat windows plus industrial prototypes.

From a simple line bend to complex units, we can fabricate acrylics (well known brands include Perspex and Plexiglass) to suit your needs. With in-house CNC routing complex shapes can be incorporated into an acrylic fabricated unit. We are happy to produce just one unit or production runs of numerous units.

In addition to fabricating acrylic we can also fabricate HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) various HDPE tanks, water tanks, sullage tanks, fuel tanks, tool boxes, bins and trays.

From PVC (polyvinylchloride) and ABS we fabricate various scientific equipment, such as laboratory sinks/ bench tops and test tube holders.
In addition to plastic fabrication we also repair acrylic, HDPE, PVC, ABS, display units, fuel tanks, storage tanks, motorcar and motorbike parts. We also weld a wide range of plastics.
